I have had my fingerprints on every level of the business.

My approach is a blend of instincts and insights; applying lessons from a 20 year career in entertainment and visitor experience, informed by ongoing study and practice of behavioural economics.
When I am not working your projects, occasionally I'll produce and host consumer experiences, or launch a pop up multi media display in my neighbourhood, because I love hosting people, surprising them and learning how to please them.
